Egg Carton Labels and the Animal Welfare Approval
When researching on egg carton labels, it goes under certain requirements when reaching an approval for animal welfare. Animal Welfare works in checking to see if the animals that are producing the eggs receive the proper care and treatment both physically and mentally. If they don’t meet these sorts of qualifications where they show weakness in their body or show lots of stress, then what they produce will likely come out bad and will not be approved as proper animal welfare for these sorts of labels. While discovering a source that goes over these, I find and organization that goes by “A Greener World” that happens to have egg cartons that are certified animal welfare approved. They are shown approve by the AGW (which is most likely an acronym for their company) and that these products are produced at their AGW farms. They are descriptive into explaining on what sort of information is on the carton and how they treat these eggs including the chickens and that they show a label outside the carton on their farm specifics and in the inside for nutrition fact specifics (. They meet very strict requirements when providing their labels for they need to meet the right and accurate results for them to provide those products. (211)
