Notebook #20

Revising a Draft

When working on my argumentative essay for the environmental issue I have chosen, much of the information I had to search for proved difficult and that time had to be used properly when getting the right source for my argument. Even with all of the work I have done to finish my essay and provide my sources to support my argument, I know full well that there can be mistakes I make throughout my essay which would require looking through and read word for word. What I simply have to do is revise my work if I am making little mistakes on what I am trying to convey in my issue, checking if my sources are correct and if the research provided is recent and not something that is already proven wrong or built more upon already. Other little fixes that can be done is grammar mistakes that I make throughout the essay or the formatting done for the paper. If I do want to know more on what I did wrong on some parts of my work, I can receive help from those that reviewed my paper and go over what I am saying my argument along with also getting as much feedback on what I can build more on and what information is not necessary or should replace.
